Your employee will receive their payslip and you will get an employer copy to indicate how much you need to pay your employee and HMRC liabilities.
By law, all eligible employees must be enrolled in to a workplace pension, unless they choose to opt out. Feather's outsourced payroll solution will assess each employee’s eligibility and enrol them into the Government’s NEST pension scheme. Pension payments will be indicated on their payslip.

HMRC require RTI (Real Time Information) reporting whenever you run payroll for your employees. Our IT systems automatically file your returns and keep your HMRC account up to date and accurate. We also deal with HMRC on any queries that result from reporting
As part of our outsourced payroll service, on an annual basis, we will provide your employees with their P60 which gives an overview of their PAYE for the financial year. In the event that an employee leaves we will create a P45 for them to pass to their new employer.
